Due to an influx of orders, shipping times may be delayed.


Free Shipping on all orders within the United States that are over $100.

$20 2-Day Expedited FedEx shipping is a flat rate and does not include the 2-4 business days for processing.

$25 International Shipping is available.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Cleobella Customer Care at 714.373.4400 with your request. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Cleobella Customer Care at 714.373.4400 or email orders@cleobella.com as early as possible. Have your order confirmation number ready when calling.



We accept returns on all orders (unless marked with final sale) within 16 days from the date of fulfillment (when your order shipped). After this time, we will offer store credit for returns on full-price orders* up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition (without deodorant marks, make-up residue, heavy perfume, or pet hair) in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Products returned that are not in exact condition as shipped will be returned to sender. Shipping/restocking charges for returns are $12 and are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

To return unwanted items please access the online return portal here or contact orders@cleobella.com. Please have your order confirmation number ready (can be found in your order confirmation email). 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

1. Choose up to 5 styles or sizes to your cart with the "Try Before You Buy" button. You will not be charged at checkout, however an authorization hold will be placed for the full order amount under TryNow. Once the trial has ended, your personal credit card will be charged.

2. Once you receive your items, take up to 7 days to see what styles work for you while in the comfort of your own home.

3. Send back what you don't love within the 7 day trial through our online return portal here. Once your return arrives and is processed, you'll be charged only for what you kept. There will be a $12 restocking fee with all returns.
For fastest return, be sure to:
  • Save original box and packaging.
  • Keep all styles in unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Drop off in person and get a drop-off confirmation receipt.


All items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax of 7.5%.

Handmade with Love

All of Cleobella’s designs are handmade and produced by local artisans living in Bali or India. Patterns are designed, hand dyed, and embellished individually. Many styles are detailed with hand tooling, hand beading, embroideries, studs and handmade lace. Therefore, occasional variations can occur due to our intricate hand made process making each design unique and one of a kind. 


All of our handbags are handmade using beautiful leather tanned and dyed in traditional methods in order to maintain its natural beauty and soft feel. Variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of these methods. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look and feel of your handbag. Please keep your bag away from prolonged intense sunlight, heat, and humidity. Please also note that dark denim or other dyed clothing items can rub off and stain tanned leathers. Exposure to water, oil, makeup, and permanent dyes like this can unfortunately leave permanent stains. In the event your handbag gets soiled other than with permanent dyes, try gently dabbing the leather with a clean, dry cloth and mild leather cream. By regularly caring for your leather your bag will preserve its beauty.


To preserve your beautiful clothing, we recommend you hand wash cold (or on delicate cold cycle) and lay flat to dry or have it professionally dry cleaned. All of our fabric handbags are handmade using uniquely designed fabrics trimmed with fine leather tanned in traditional methods. Fabric has been specially treated to be water and stain resistant. To care for your handbag, we recommend simply wiping both the fabric and leather trim with a clean soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Please avoid ink marks, grease, permanent dyes from dark denim, and oil stain, as they are not removable and should be left alone. By regularly caring for the fabric and leather your bag will preserve its beauty.
